Fields of intervention: design of facade, interior design and landscape design

The project arises from a pre-existing architecture with a series of interventions on the original structure, such as the cantilevered terraces, the entrance canopy and the decorative louvers on the stone cladding of the façade, the metal sliding screens that serve to regulate daylight and also ensure privacy. An additional floor was also built on in the form of a pavilion of transparent glass, lending an air of lightness to the building, and featuring a panoramic swimming pool with a small area for outdoor relaxation.
The architectural intervention is also very marked in the interior, with the realization of two sculptural staircases. The first, almost nine metres high, connects the first two floors that are given over to spaces for receiving guest and for events, while the other links the top four floors that are for use solely by the family. The basement meanwhile is an enormous space devoted to wellness, with a swimming pool, sauna and gym.
