  - Creation and management of BIM models (geometry)
  - Support the design team with everything that concerns the models (geometry, graphics, data)
  - Information management and data extraction from models

  - Authoring of documentation from BIM Models
  
  Your profile
  
  - Degree/Master in Architecture or Building Engineering/Architecture
  - 1-2 years of work experience as a BIM Specialist
  - Advanced knowledge of Revit (ACP: Revit Architecture is appreciated)
  - Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
  - Knowledge of Dynamo and Navisworks is a plus
  - Advanced knowledge in family-making using Revit
  - Good knowledge of spoken and written Italian and English
  - Time management, problem-solving attitude, organizational and communication skills

• Role Overview
  
  We are looking for a skilled 3D Artist to produce high-quality visualizations of architectural, landscape, and interior projects. The role requires a strong sense of composition and an understanding of how light shapes space and defines mood. You will work closely with the design team and manage the process from modeling to final rendering with visual precision and autonomy.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  - Develop detailed 3D models and renderings for architectural, interior, and landscape projects
  - Produce realistic and visually compelling imagery with strong attention to detail
  - Collaborate with the design team to define viewpoints, lighting, and composition
  - Manage the entire visualization process independently, while supporting the overall design workflow
  - Interpret and communicate design intent through visual clarity and aesthetic refinement
  - Demonstrate sensitivity to light and atmosphere in visual storytelling
  - Apply an architectural understanding of space and composition to each visualization
  
  Candidate Profile
  
  - Degree or Master’s in Architecture preferred, to enable active contribution to design discussions
  - 1–2 years of professional experience in architectural visualization or architecture studios
  - Proficiency in 3ds Max with Corona or V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop
  - Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
  - Familiarity with Revit, Lumion, and Unreal Engine is a strong plus
  - Solid verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
  - Strong organizational abilities, time management, and problem-solving mindset
  - Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  - Experience with AI rendering tools and ability to integrate AI into visualization workflows
