"Alberese is a sofa born from many reflections and then frozen in its essence. It has large cushions, it’s comfortable and elegant at the same time. The name Alberese comes from a very streamlined land, large and with very visible horizons just like the sofa: a sofa that can be seen, but at the same time very low with great comforts and very special angles, at the confluence of design and architecture.

Alberese Wood shares the same DNA as its brother Alberese: a sofa that straddles the worlds of design and architecture with its superior comfort and distinctive edging. The family is inspired by flowing countryside with infinite horizons. Here we have added a wooden frame, another element that recalls the landscapes of Maremma and its gentle slopes.

With Alberese Urban, the country draws close to the city. After the plains of Alberese and the dunes of Alberese XL, the sofa becomes more compact and architectural, but all the time retaining its original idea: large cushions, wide horizons and the freedom to compose one’s own domestic landscape.” Piero Lissoni
