Looking over one of Frankfurt’s most beautiful parks and right behind Goethe University, the new Roomers Park View enjoys a privileged location within the prestigious Westend district.
The project stemmed from the long-standing collaboration between the studio and the Gekko group, which began in 2016 with the realization of the first Roomers hotel in Baden-Baden. Also in Frankfurt, the project interprets the DNA of the brand through a restrained and refined language that creates a sophisticated but welcoming atmosphere, designed for a discerning international clientele with a keen appreciation of design and quality service.

Although configured as a business hotel, the project prioritizes the comfort and quality of the spaces. The large and light-filled rooms are defined by a warm and intimate atmosphere and by an elegant and contemporary language created by a dark color palate and unexpected combinations of materials, all accompanied by breathtaking views of the Frankfurt skyline.

Particular attention has been paid to the common areas, conceived as places for meeting and socialization. On the ground floor, the restaurant opens towards the outside, entering into a dialogue with the surrounding urban fabric, while carefully landscaped greenery guarantees privacy, creating a more intimate and secluded area.
On the seventeenth floor, the Skybar offers a panoramic view of the city and park: an evocative setting defined by a long bar illuminated by diffused lighting and by a large, curved sofa which directs the gaze towards the surrounding landscape.

Objets trouvés, contemporary design pieces and custom furnishings coexist within the project, contributing to the creation of refined and elegant spaces, where the contemporary approach to design is combined with the vibrancy and freshness that underpin the Gekko group’s approach to hospitality.
