72 Carlyle is a 20-storey residential tower in Miami Beach’s new district of NoBe that fronts onto the Atlantic Ocean. Lissoni Architecture New York designed the 134 residences, the penthouse with private swimming pool and the common areas, including the lobby, spa, gym, yoga room, co-working spaces, private dining room, wine room and the large terrace with swimming pool and lounge bar.
The underlying idea behind the project was to establish a dialogue between inspirations that recall the Italian riviera and those that evoke the spirit of the vibrant Miami coast. A palette of warm, soft and natural shades reminiscent of the colors of the sand and the mediterranean alternate with hints of more vibrant and richer colors, emphasizing this dialogue.
Exquisitely finished down to the last detail, the residences are designed to fully exploit the relationship between interior and exterior with each apartment benefiting from a terrace and large windows to offer panoramic views and maximize natural light.
