Design Holding new flagship store in New York City

The new home of Design Holding’s iconic brands has recently opened at 135 Madison Avenue, New York City, spanning over 2,300 square meters on two floors.⁠

“We wanted to share the rich tapestry of New York City, where it is possible for everyone and everything to come together in a holistic manner. Consequently, we probed the essence of the iconic brands, highlighting their DNA and presenting a common ground able to accomodate and complement the design codes of each.” – Piero Lissoni

The first floor hosts a magnificent display of high-end living from B&B Italia. As Artistic Director, Piero Lissoni married architectural elements with the product displays to create a coordinated and harmonious whole.⁠
The second floor is designed by Lissoni Architecture New York and is revealed as an avant-garde space defined by pure geometric elements and volumes. Authentic industrial materials follow a muted, neutral palette, allowing the true design identity of the products to come to the fore. ⁠
