Piero Lissoni comes to ICFF

Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni has opened up shop in New York City as his global portfolio of work continues to grow. In “Not Lost In Translation,” a special conversation at ICFF, Piero will talk about his storied career which includes everything from furniture design to designing the world’s most luxurious hotels and towers. Piero will discuss how his Italian practice translates its work worldwide ensuring authentic placemaking and design applications that are “not lost in translation” but entirely appropriate for the context in which they live while infused with international influences. This conversation will be moderated by David Kaufman, an editor with News Corp.

Plus, from May 20-22, Lissoni Inc. will open its doors to you. Come visit the studio located at 79 Mercer Street between 10:00am-5:00pm for an intimate look at the firm’s philosophy and approach in action.
