Competition
The main design intent is to produce a mixed-use project that re-arranges its maximized shape into an articulated series of cantilevered terraces and double height spaces. The residence is located adjacent to the Casino of Monte-Carlo in the most prestigious area of Monaco and offers splendid views of the ocean and of the surrounding public gardens. 2nd prize/Invited competition
