Fields of intervention: architecture, interior design, landscape design
Capiitolo is a residential development located in São Paulo. The project is organized as a single residential tower rising from a generous podium, designed to create a clear transition between the city and a more intimate and private environment.
At ground level, a carefully structured arrival sequence introduces the shared amenities and outdoor spaces, conceived to encourage community while preserving a strong sense of exclusivity. The podium becomes the social heart of the development, hosting a wide range of leisure and wellbeing areas, including extensive gardens, lounge settings, as well as extensive water features that connect the different spaces by cultivating a calming and restful ambiance.
Architecturally, the tower expresses a refined and contemporary identity defined by clean lines, transparency, and carefully balanced proportions. The composition of the façade emphasizes lightness and vertical rhythm while maintaining privacy and comfort for the residences.
A central pool deck is complemented by dedicated areas for children, outdoor dining, and spaces for socializing, and is designed as an open-air extension of everyday living. Sports and recreation facilities, including a multi-use games area, complete the landscape framework, reinforcing the project’s resort-like character within a dynamic urban context.
