Part of the Al Zorah development in the Emirate of Ajman, the Boardwalk Residential is a real estate project developed by Solidere International. This innovative building offers luxury serviced apartments with sea views and private amenities such as a panoramic swimming pool and gym. The façades are composed of generous and continuous balconies that both form and enhance the fluid shape of the building. The Boardwalk Residential is set within a landscaped area and offers a total of 56 one to four bedroom apartments spread over twenty-four floors. The ground floor is dedicated to the lobby and amenities, while the apartments are distributed over the upper floors. A short pedestrian path connects the Lobby to the Boardwalk area, a lively neighborhood featuring restaurants, shops and a beach club. The studio's design for Boardwalk Residential brings modern architecture to high-end, fully serviced apartments to produce a style that is uniquely Italian.
