ADI Design Museum
- Exhibition Visual Identity

2025

Lissoni Graphx developed the graphic identity for the exhibition 'Best of Both Worlds: ITALY. Arte e Design in Italia 1915–2025,' including posters, brochures, and all exhibition graphics.

The visual concept of the exhibition revolves around a dualism that forms the foundation of the narrative, establishing a dialogue between art and design, between two distinct but intertwined worlds that juxtapose and overlap. Artworks and industrial products are set in the same context, creating a visual identity of conceptual and formal contrasts.

The typeface reinforces this theme with a bold, modern and decisive font featuring a light and delicate serif, bringing a sense of equilibrium and elegance. The photography, the materic patterns and the color palette contribute to creating a stratified visual narrative, where art and design dialogue, contaminating and mirroring each other.
The colors, which are always chosen as complementary pairs, amplify the contrast as well as the harmony between the two universes, strengthening the sense of interaction and creative tension. The possibility for a variety of subjects and color combinations makes the project both dynamic and versatile, able to adapt to multiple interpretations of dualism.
