Field of intervention: architecture, interior design, landscape design
The architecture draws inspiration from the surrounding archipelago and the natural elements historically used in Turks and Caicos architecture. Arc’s cascading, stepped design creates large overhangs that offer shaded outside spaces and a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living, maximizing the functionality of the gardens, pools and al fresco living areas.
Nature also weaves into the interiors of the homes, with a neutral color palette and the use of wood and stone to provide a sophisticated and relaxing Caribbean character throughout the airy, open plan living, dining and food preparation areas.
